shit, I'm in my head again

In my dream, I free my mind, but my body is stuck here. Ate lead and bled out on the kitchen floor. But then I remember, summer is now and my body is weightless, flying through the supermarket aisle. The crickets won't shut up (I like it) as I pop one open and start to dream again, my favourite song comes up. The skate moves and jumps by itself, the boys begin to laugh and I dive into the amber glow. I wake in a blur of feelings and the sun sets. I'm just a dog chasing its own tail (wet dog is a good smell, dummy)
